A New Appointment
It has been a busy three months for all at Barak, and given the work that has progressed
with the setting up of the three new Funds that are going to fall under Barak’s
management at the beginning of Q2 2016, the management team has felt it necessary
to strengthen the team and get a full-time capital-raising resource onboard to assist
with the company’s continuing expansion. Marc de Hennin is the new team member
who will be fulfilling this role, and he brings a wealth of a knowledge and experience
within the global finance industry. In addition to this exciting new portfolio addition
to the Barak team, Marc is going to be based in London and this has prompted the
company to expand its operations and open up new offices in the city. The offices will
form part of Barak UK Ltd., which will be headed by Marc.

of financial market’s experience across a variety of industries, with a primary focus

platform, leveraging strategic opportunities related to Bunge’s core business.

Switzerland for Bank of America, London, responsible for the distribution of High Yield

on-the-ground permanent resource together with Marc’s experience and knowledge,
provides a strong competitive advantage to further grow Barak’s exposure from both a
client and potential investor point of view. Marc will be focusing on capital raising for
the new Barak Funds, as well as the existing flagship Trade Finance Fund.
